Terms of Service

  • Training packages are honored according to their stated terms, conditions, and specific details. Upon request, packages may be upgraded to include additional sessions and/or weeks. However, downgrades (fewer sessions or weeks) are not permitted. Restarting a membership may be subject to a price change.

  • All sessions must be used within the contract timeframe, which may vary depending on the payment plan. Sessions not used by their expiration date will be voided, unless prior arrangements have been made. Unused sessions do not roll over into the following month.

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least four hours prior to the scheduled time—unless prior arrangements have been discussed. Failure to do so will result in a loss of the session and the financial value of one session.

  • Payments are due at the start of each training package or at the beginning of each new training month (depending on package type).
    All payments must be made through the app via credit/debit card—no exceptions.
    There are no refunds on any purchased training packages or programs. Restarting a membership may be subject to a price change.

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time. You are welcome to arrive early for warm-up and stretching. Each session allows a 10–15 minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes are considered a missed session, unless prior arrangements have been made. Please respect my time and the time of other clients to help sessions run smoothly.

  • Failure to notify (by text or call) that you will miss a scheduled session will result in a loss of the session and a $20 no-show fee. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; anything beyond that is considered a no-show, unless prior arrangements have been discussed
